The ACCG County Attorneys’ Section will meet and the topics to be presented include the relationship between constitutional officers and county commissioners, an employment law update, trends in open records act matters, and recent legislative issues.

Managers and Administrators will have an opportunity to discuss new regional format for GACMA and discuss potential dates for a virtual meeting followed by three brief presentations on the Managers/Administrators survey, benefits of the CPM program and using the senior management plan as tool for recruitment and retention.

County clerks can participate in classes offered through the Georgia Clerks’ Education Institute (GCEI) and in the Georgia County Clerks Association section meeting while at the annual conference. Incoming officers will be sworn in during the clerk’s section meeting.
